Michelle has been with The Benefits Project for over 12 months. She has taken on multiple roles, starting as Office Manager with a strong eye for detail and a real eagerness to learn.
Michelle progressed quickly and is now our Finance Director while also working as a Senior Caseworker.
Outside of work, Michelle loves reading and can happily finish one book and move straight on to the next. She enjoys spending time with her family, driving to new places and eating out. Michelle is a very loyal member of the team, and we hope she stays with us for many years to come.”

Neil founded The Benefits Project over a decade ago while still at university, armed with little more than determination, a £35 laptop, and a vision for doing things better. What started as a modest idea—often delayed by a computer that took longer to warm up than it did to use—has since grown into a thriving business built on persistence, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Today, as CEO, Neil focuses on leading the company with clarity and purpose, ensuring it operates both effectively and efficiently while staying true to its original mission. His hands-on leadership style reflects the same entrepreneurial spirit that sparked the company’s beginnings.
Outside of work, Neil has a creative side—he enjoys playing both piano and guitar—and a long-term dream of owning a narrowboat, embracing a slower pace of life when time allows.
